My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were large, comfortable, and offered an awesome view of Disney Springs, but there was a lingering smell of an old ashtray. The service, although professional and attentive at times, had its shortcomings with delays in orders and unhelpful responses to questions. The location was excellent, with easy access to Disney Springs and other attractions, yet the dining options were overpriced for what was offered. My stay at the Holiday Inn was a bit of a mixed bag. While the location was excellent for accessing Disney Springs and the rooms were clean, my experience with the outdated bathroom amenities was a letdown. The friendly and helpful staff made up for some of the shortcomings, but the distance from the hotel entrance was inconvenient.
